Job Description

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Drafts Invoices and Quotations
  • Data/Ledger entries in software.
  • Vat registration and filing
  • Knowledge of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statements.

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

  • Administrative Writing Skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Analyzing Information
  • Professionalism
  • Problem Solving
  • Verbal Communication Education and Experience

Requirements

  • 2 years of accounts and administrative experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software
  • Including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Arabic Language knowledge will be preferred
  • Business Consultancy experience will be preferred
  • Applicants with Driving License will be given preference.
