2. A doctorate Degree from a top University
3. Contribution to a major scientific research project in the respective field of work
4. Published articles or scientific books in distinguished publications in the respective field of work
5. Membership in an organization related to the applicant’s field of work

Recent Updates Regarding 10-year Golden Visa:

According to a statement released on Sunday, the United Arab Emirates has increased the eligibility for its Golden Visa program to include managers, CEOs, and professionals in a variety of sectors.

The Golden Visa eligibility increase, which includes specialists in science, engineering, health, education, business management, and technology, was incorporated in new UAE legislation.

Five Year Golden Visa:

Investors, Entrepreneurs and Outstanding students may be eligible for obtaining a 5-year Visa after fulfilling requirements and conditions for this visa type.

1. Property Investors

Investors whose property’s gross worth is AED 5 million and the invested amount in real estate is not on loan basis will be eligible for a 5-year Visa. However, it is must to retain the property for at least three years.

2. Entrepreneurs

Those who have an existing project with a minimum capital of AED 500,000 or who have received clearance from a recognized business incubator in the country fall into this group.

3. Exceptional Students

Exceptional students in public and private high schools with a minimum grade of 95% and University students from within and outside the country who graduate with a distinction GPA of at least 3.75 maybe eligible for the 5-year Visa.

 

How to Apply for Golden Visa?

Before Applying for A Golden Visa, you need to submit a request to the immigration department with all the required documents:

Documents Needed for Approval Request are:

1. Passport Sized Photo
2. Passport Copy
3. Emirates ID Copy
4. Tenancy Contract/ Title Deed
5. A Letter from The Concerned Department*
